Thank you.) ****1ST FEATURE FILM SHOOTING MAY 05**** Dazed Film & TV have secured ｣500K to make a low budget feature film to be co-directed by Rankin and Chris Cottam. With a 20K budget for the script, we are currently searching for either a completed script or a page-long treatment (plus 10 page sample script) to develop IMMEDIATELY. We intend to begin shooting in mid-April 2005. We want character-based scripts with preferably four or five leads, aged 16-29. We intend to cast young unknown or up and coming actors. Duration approx 90mins. The winning script will need to accommodate the low budget without compromising the authenticity of character, story and the film's cinematic appeal. We are not necessarily looking for something set in Britain. The script could be humorous, it could highlight coming of age issues or might be about love. The tone might well be 'feel-good' but shouldn't be saccharine. The storyline or approach may well challenge the status quo. Needless to say we are looking for ORIGINAL scripts.
